The formula glides on beautifully and does not accentuate dry lips and fine lines at all. It is much more moisturizing than Pink Plaid. A bonus point is that it seems to enhance the appearance of my lips making them look fuller and plump upon application! It is not as opaque as Pink Plaid, though.
On my lips, it takes a few passes to achieve a full coverage. The formula leaves a gorgeous soft sheen but will wear down and set to a semi-matte within a couple of hours. The wear time is around 4 hours on me before I notice some fading. It fades evenly, though, and leaves a soft pink stain behind. So what do you think of Pink Plaid and Chatterbox? Do you see yourself wearing either of them? What is your favorite MAC lipstick color to date? Chatterbox really does make your lips look very full!

Pink Plaid kinda reminds me of how Pink Nouveau looks on me when it eventually fades… washes me out and makes me look a little sick. So weird considering the fact that the color looks amazing on the first swipe! Ahhh, soon. I look too pale and unhealthy then. Hey Jaa, I think Pink Plaid is most definitely too cool-toned for me. They do look great on you though! I love your eye look here! MAC does a good matte: Thank you, Sunny!
Mac X The Real Fouz Collaboration Has Landed
Fashion Revival looks great on you! I do love both matte and retro matte from MAC and I think they are one of the better mattes out there. Screw all those berry and plum shades! Pink Plaid is a tad too light imo though. Speaking as a pale rogue with pale lips, I can absolutely promise you that Pink Plaid will not look natural: LOL no?
OK, it may not look exactly natural, natural , but definitely more natural than it does on me. Oh wow, both shades look super duper pretty on you!
Honestly though, I do not like MAC lipsticks. I had two lustre ones and that was it. They would help me a lot! Amplified and Amplified Cremesheen are however something totally different. They are super creamy and pigmented.

I have a feeling you will like these more. They both look great on you. I totally prefer the Chatterbox on you. From formula to color. Maybe for office days pair it with a black winged eye? Could be amazing! Girl, that color is everything fabulous on your face! I WANT! I am so impressed with your makeup skills, dude. That eye is incredible!!
I feel like I buy at least 2 MAC lipsticks a month without even meaning to. I have 3 on their way right now. O MAC lipsticks are by far my favorite! Chatterbox is going on my wish list immediately. I will try that! D And thanks so much for the compliment! It means the world to me! It has remarkable aesthetic appeal — the differentiation in its outer packaging forms a glorious rainbow of colours when placed side-by-side. But most importantly, it is a lifesaver for those i. C lipsticks before deciding on what to wear for the day because you can just zoom into the colour you have in mind from side or top-view.
Although it is the first of its kind in M. C history, it is not unique to the brand as Wet n Wild MegaLast Lipstick shares the exact same mould. I had the luxury of choosing two Liptensity lipsticks as part of my press kit at a M. First of all, the colour is absolutely flattering on fair and medium skin tones. I was contemplating between this and Toast And Butter but the latter made me look tanner than I already was. Smoked Almond just complements my skin tone perrr-fectly.
With a little tug, this bright rosebrown goes on creamy and pigmented on the lips and leaves a luscious shine.
It applies like a Matte due to its thick consistency but has a Satin finish. Swatch comparison for Smoked Almond: Pander Me is close but has more yellow undertones. Accurately described as a deep magenta pink with a Satin finish, Marsala came across to me as a darkened version of Heaux when I first swatched it and for that reason, I had to pick it up because I loooove Heaux.
It applies glossier and more buttery than Smoked Almond and lends a vibrant colour payoff in one swipe. You know how most sheeny berry-toned lipsticks tend to be blotchy?
REVIEW: MAC Liptensity Lipsticks in Smoked Almond & Marsala
It has a thick and uniform consistency, yet lightweight and super hydrating. However, it is slightly tacky and definitely not transfer-proof. Still, you could easily eliminate these problems by gently dabbing your lips with facial tissue to remove the excess oil while still preserving the intensity. Swatch comparison for Marsala: Heaux is close but is lighter and warmer.
Diva Antics is darker and cooler. Based on the two Liptensity lipsticks I just reviewed, this collection does what it promises, which is to deliver unrivaled and unfaltering pigment intensity while nourishing the lips with maximum moisture which warrants the price hike..
